Wednesday International Lunch:
One hard cooked egg
Marinated vegetables
No-sugar applesauce on apricot (fresh or water
packed)Coffee/tea
Wednesday Vegetarian Lunch:
Cheese Stuffed Tomato
Broiled mushrooms, zucchini and carrots
1 slice of protein bread toasted
