Clear Lemon Soup
Mixed Salad of Pickled Vegetables
1 slice baked ham (1 ounce)
1 slice protein bread, toasted
Sunday Vegetarian Lunch:
Cheese Stuffed tomato
Boiled or mashed potato (no butter) with 1 tablespoon
low-fat sour cream and chives OR 1 oz uncooked/ 4 oz cooked soybeans
Stewed fruit; use sugar substitute if desired
