Wednesday Lunch Choices for Scarsdale Medical Diet (Day 3)

Wednesday SMD Lunch:
Tuna fish or salmon salad (oil drained off)
with lemon and vinegar dressing
Grapefruit, or melon, or fruit in season

Wednesday Money Saver Lunch:
Tuna fish or salmon salad (oil drained off)with lemon and vinegar dressing, on lettuce
Grapefruit, or melon

Wednesday Gourmet Lunch:
Tuna (or salmon) Salad Gourmet
1 slice of protein bread toasted
Strawberries or raspberries or blueberries in season, with grated lemon peel
 
Wednesday International Lunch:
One hard cooked egg
Marinated vegetables
No-sugar applesauce on apricot (fresh or water packed)Coffee/tea
  
Wednesday Vegetarian Lunch:
Cheese Stuffed Tomato
Broiled mushrooms, zucchini and carrots
1 slice of protein bread toasted
